How your information will be used


1.Here at Stakehill we take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information provided by you in the capacity of business contact to administer the account and to provide the product and services you have requested from us on behalf of the commercial entity you represent.

2.The sort of information we hold includes your name, email address and telephone contact details. This data is of the type you could reasonably expect to be processed during the normal course of business.

3.You may be referred to in company documents and records that are produced through the duties and the business of the company.

4.We may transfer information about you to other group companies for purposes connected with the management of the company’s business. We will not transfer information about you to any third party for the purposes of direct marketing to you or other similar reasons.

5.In limited and necessary circumstances, your information may be transferred outside of the EEA or to an international organisation to comply with our legal or contractual requirements. In the future event this is necessary, we will put in place safeguards to ensure the security of your data and publish details of these safeguards prior to any data transfer.

You have the right to request from us access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data, the right to restrict processing, object to processing as well as in certain circumstances the right to data portability.

8.If you have provided consent for the processing of your data you have the right (in certain circumstances) to withdraw that consent at any time which will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before your consent was withdrawn.

9.You have the right to lodge a complaint to the Information Commissioners’ Office if you believe that we have not complied with the requirements of the GDPR or DPA 18 with regard to your personal data.
